1. Reservation and Payment:
All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified at least 10 business days in advance of the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 10 business days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
4. Liability:
West Country Ranch is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during your stay.
Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
5. Property Damage:
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or facilities caused by them or their party.
Charges for damages will be assessed and billed to the guest.
6. Conduct:
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.
Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
7. Use of Facilities:
Use of the tipi and campground facilities is at the guest's own risk.
West Country Ranch is not responsible for any malfunction or failure of equipment or amenities.
8. Pets:
Pets are allowed on the property with prior approval.
Guests must clean up after their pets and ensure they are kept under control at all times.
9. Weather and Natural Events:
West Country Ranch is not responsible for weather conditions or natural events that may affect your stay.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which West Country Ranch is located.
